HI- I Keep Getting Scabs On The Inside Of My

HI- I keep getting scabs on the inside of my nose. The inside of my nose becomes raw and painful and eventually forms scabs where sores occur. I can correlate it with allergies. This is very uncomfortable and painful. What can I do to ease the pain? What could this possibly be?
