HSG Shows Dilated Right Tube With No Peritoneal Spill. Marked Dilated Left Tube. Meaning?

Hi!i just have my hsg last tuesday and the report says:normal filling of te uterine cavity with contrast that show normal shape and no evidence of filling defect.the left tube is marked dilated with marked delay in peritonial spill.right tube is dilated with no peritonial spill.Normal pelvic smearing of the cintrast with no evidence of pelvic adhesion.can u explain to me the report.we have been tryinto conceive for 5 years

Hi,
From report it seems that there is some problem in your Fallopian tubes.
Left tube is dilated with partial tubal block and right tube is blocked completely.
This might be the reason for not having pregnancy.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
