Hi,

According to your hysterosalpingography reports the uterine cavity is normal, both Fallopian tubes are patent as indicated by spillage of dye. According to this, your structural part of the reproductive organs, uterus and tubes are normal. Antibiotics are advised as there will be some instrumentation during the procedure of hysterosalpingography.

Now you can check the status of the ovaries by antral follicle count and can go for ovulation induction. By doing the follicular study the time of the ovulation can be tracked and unprotected intercourse should we planned around that period to increase the possibility of pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
