General Surgeon 's  Response
hello

To be honest as a general surgeon i am not the best person to be answering your question. But i am answering as it may relieve some of your anxiety(if any) till a gynaecologist answers this. report seems pretty normal, peritoneal spill indicates that both the tubes are open and there is no apparent blockage, intravasation of contrast is normal in a few percent of patients but it may also indicate increased tubal pressure, whereas the filling defect that has been mentioned could be due to various reasons many of which are not serious and as suggested an ultrasound would be helpful in clarifying what exactly is the cause of the defect.

Hope this helps you but i would still prefer a gynaecologist or a radiolgist answering your question
regards
Dr. Gaurav
