Had A-Fib, Tachycardia, Arrhythmia, Tiredness, Pressure Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Had An Ablation. Is It A Heart Issue?

I have had afib for quite a while. Had an ablation a few years ago. tacycardia and arythemia have started to return a bit. Also found out I have two leaky valves. Feeling tired, having some pressure pain at times. I am told not worry about the leaky valves. I am seeing a heart specialist. I have shortness of breath. I would like to know if these symptoms are apt to cause serious heart disease.
