General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, You are 60 years old, and your perineum will be weak, and with so many infections, what ever care you take , there is natural tendency of the infection.
Your general health and hemoglobin also will be not up to the mark. So there is always a possibility of more new infections and weak perineum. The condition appears to be the herniation, and infection, which are causing the symptoms. Thank you.
