Are you getting bowel movements daily?
Abdominal bloating, distension and still persisting pain at operative site should be taken seriously.
With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of intestinal adhesions at operative site.
You should consult with your treating doctor/
general surgeon and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for
complete blood count,
ultrasound imaging, renal function test, blood sugar both fasting and postprandial, thyroid profile, and serum electrolytes.
You should take small quantity frequent soft meals.
Avoid oily spicy and heavy meals.
You should take prokinetics along with
proton pump inhibitors.
If needed, then you should also go for diagnostic laproscopy.
