Had A Non Pregnant D&C For Regular Menstruation. Mistook For Miscarriage. Now Still Bleeding. On Norgest, Meftsc. Treatment?

I had had non pregnant D&C for regular menstruation almost for 2 month at 1st doctors thought it's a miscarriage but after biopsy report they came to know itd not miscarriages and report was good but the problem is I'm still bleeding aft 18 days and worried. .doc had given me norgest and meftsc 500 but still I'm bleeding but not tht heavily. .Help plz!

Hello,

Following D & C, mild bleeding or discharge is quite common for 2-4 weeks. Healing of uterine lining takes place within this time.

However, for long time bleeding, you need to undergo one TVS scan to rule out underlying pathology like fibroid or polyp etc.

Till then, you can continue above medications to control bleeding. Good luck.
