Had A Ruptured Disk Fixed. Have Finger Numbness, Neck Pain. On Medicines. Have Right Foraminal Stenosis. Problem?

Im a 49 never a health problem woman. I got hurt at work and had a ruptured 6 disk fixed with still finger numberness and neck/arm pains. Not much motion in neck and still on meds. Surgery was 3 wks ago. Just received my workkmans comp letter and said I have, "severe right foraminal stenosis at c4-5 and c6-7. I have never had problems any where (Not even a hot flash, LOL). I AM SCARED. what do I need to do. Can I still work and have a normal life.

Welcome to HCM.It would be best that you live life normally,gradually recovery will occur .What ever problems occur casn now be addressed with exercise/physiotherapy and medication.Drugs like Gabapentin/pregabalin may help ease the neurogenic symptoms.Your doctor/Neurosurgeon can guide you further.
