Had A Stomach Ailment With A Fever. Have Post Nasal Drip A Sensation Of Pins And Needles. Tightness In Chest. Suggestions?
Yes, thank you. 3 days ago I had a stomach ailment with a fever of 101.3 and diarrhea. With the change in weather I now have post nasal drip a sensation of pins and needles all over my body and I'm more tired than usual. I also have some tightness in chest which is typical for me when I have post nasal drip.
Are these just post viral fatigue and I just need to give my body a couple more days rest or should I go into the doctor. I'm asking because I don't have a fever now so I don't want to just going to the doctor to get medicine.

hi these are symptoms of viral fever which you probably had earlier. Post viral illness is common and takes its own course of about 1 week. Take rest for few more days and eat well. You will be fine
