Hello,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic forum.
There are plenty of reasons for a delayed period, most common among them are
stress and
pregnancy. You say that you have had
tubal ligation during your last C-section following which you had regular cycles, with this background, it is highly unlikely to be that you are pregnant, but there is a remote chance of failure of tubal ligation, hence I advice you repeat the home urine pregnancy test again after a week or so, and I would also suggest you consult your doctor if you do not get your period within a week's time.
The discharge you have noticed and your other symptoms of being very tired need further evaluation precisely because of the probability of
cervical cancer, so it is best to get yourself examined by a gynecologist and get a routine pap-smear done. This I am not saying to frighten you, but cervical cancer if picked up early can be cured, hence the caution.
Premature menopause is also a cause for delayed periods among others such as
dysfunctional uterine bleeding (Even though the name suggests bleeding, there can be periods of delayed and decreased bleedings).
It is best if you could consult your gynecologist to get to the root of all your issues.
