Had Alcohol. Stomach Pain, Nausea, Headache, Body Ache, Chills. Problem?

I ate some McDonald's last night and 3 hours later my stomach start to hurt. I went and used the bathroom hoping that would help but in the middle of the night my stomach started to hurt again. When I woke up this morning I was feeling nauseated as well. I came home and went to sleep hoping it would go away and woke up to a headache, body ache and fever chills but no high fever.

Psychologist 's  Response
Dear
Welcome to HCM
I understand your concern.
From the description you gave, you might have developed indigestion from the food you had the previous day. Indigestion shows the symptoms of cramps, nausea, vomiting, purging, loose stools, chills, body ache, head ache etc.
It should have subsided by now.
If not immediately consult your general physician and ask for advice.
Fluid loss due to loose motion, vomiting and sweat together is very dangerous.
Drink sufficiant water with sugar and salt in it for the time being.
