Dear navara, welcome to healthcare magic.
You have chronic pelvic pain. This condition has many reasons. You need to have a thorough history taking and examination followed by a transvaginal scan in order to reach a diagnosis.
If the examination and ultrasound scan are normal, you may have chronic inflammation in your pelvis which requires a specific antibiotic treatment. You may have a condition named adenomyosis or endometriosis which may benefit from contraceptive pills. You may simply have pelvic congestion from prolonged constipation or sexual dissatisfaction.
These are the main causes but ther are still other rare causes, all of which require proper evaluation.
I wish these words were usefull. Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
