Had An Attack, Sharp Shoulder Pain, Arm Pain, Tongue Pain, High Heart Rate And Pressure. Treatment?
Hi, my father had an attack yesterday night, very sharp pain in both shoulders due to which his both arms started twisting and due to pain he hurt his tongue . he was admitted in ICU and is being monitored, all his cardiac test have come normal and test for stroke are also negative. right now he is having high pressure and very high heart rate , but is talking normally, smiling. only trouble other than the pressure is pain near armpit which yesterday was on left side today is on right side. please suggest what is the problem hand how should we go about treatment

There is generally no need to treat the hand, arm pit and so on, separately.
That is referred pain and when the heart is taken care of, these things too will settle down.
The rate and pressure could be a part of the picture of the attack / or reaction to it.
Being in intensive care, he must be under monitoring and proper care
