Had An Mri Of The Lumbar Spine With And Without Contrast. What Does The Result Suggest?

I had an mri of the lumbar spine with & without contrast. Just want to find out what they mean: At L4-5 there is diffuse disc bulge and mild facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy combining to yield relatively mild encroachment upon the canal and right neural foramen. At L5-S1 there is extruded disc extending up from the disc level posterior to L5.
