Had Appendectomy And Peritenititis. Had Tube Damaged And Did Fertility Treatment. After Hysterectomy Cannot Sleep, Osteoarthritis

i am an anomaly... I am a 44 year old woman who is in desperate need of a diagnosis. At 17 years old I had an emergency appendectomy and developed peritenititis. Never knew how this affected me until the age of 30 when my husband and I tried to conceive....found out that my tubes were damaged and needed infertility treatments. Went through 2 year of fertility treatments only to miscarry around 12-14 weeks each time. Finally discovered that I have an autoimmune disease (antiphospholipid disease) and once we injected with heparin & prednisone I was able to carry twins (altho they were born at 32 weeks) and then another preganancy (with complications) that I delivered at 35 weeks. Since delivery, I've had several health issues... I suffer from horrible migraines.... I've had a full hysterectomy last year, I don't sleep, I've been diagnosed with osteoarthritis & Rheanouds.. and recently my right hand has tremors. I had both an invasive and noninvasive MRI last week which came back normal. My question is could all this be Lupus or Celiac Disease?

Hi, it appears that you have ruptured appendisitis, and peritonitis, caused the failure of the falopian tubes.
You had two pregnancies, it appears that they are fruit full.
Total hysterectomy can cause the defeciency of the estrogen, and you may need to have the harmone replace ment therapy, if there is no malignancy. With this you may get recovery of the tremors, if not you have to consult a neurologist. Thank you.
