Had Arm Surgery. Took Antibiotics. Having Bladder Infection, Fever, Joint Pain, Rash On Arms, Legs After Going Out. Reason?
I had arm surgery about 3 weeks ago. It was to repair a torn tendon and to remove 3 bone spurs. I took antibiotics for the first 10 days. Other than pain (which is normal) I have been okay. Then two days ago after going to the Lake with my family, I started having a bladder infection, running fever, joint pain, and now I have a bad rash on my arms and legs. I feel terrible. I started taking the antibiotics again yesterday (there was a refill on the bottle from my surgery). Is this serious? From the Lake? From the sun? Should I go to the ER?? I hurt all over and the rash is awful??

This is urticaria and may be due to insect bite or due to some allergens.
Since , you are having bladder infection, so fever, joint pain may be due to bladder infection.
Consult a physician and get in blood for eiosinophils count ( high in rashes), C B C, urea , serum creatinine ( kidney infection).

The symptoms that you are having now are not related to the surgery you had recently. This is more likely to be due to infection that you had. This needs proper antibiotics and supportive treatment after a physical examination.
