Had Been Exercising. Felt Weak, Tingling, Pinching In Arm. All Blood Work Negative. Diagnosed Paresthesia. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi Iam a 35 year old male I had recently been exercising squating my own body weight etc. all of a sudden since last Friday my arm gets weak and get tingling and pinching in arm. I went to a hospital in northridge ca and the doctors ran test ct scan blood work all negative. Her diagnosis was paresthesia. I just don't feel like myself can u explain what it could possibly be?

If the cause of your paresthesia is exercise, then it means that you exercising in a wrong way, you better do it under the best supervision, have guide line from trained person, mean while stop exercising, and if the cause of paresthesia is not exercise then it required investigation of your cervical spine to rule out some other condition, take these two conditions in your consideration, have nice day. (Better treat the cause and not the symptoms)
