Hello,
You were taking suboxone 12 m sublingually for more than 1 year. It contains two drugs Buprenorphine (opiate) and Naloxone (opiate blocker). As you were using it sublingually you will find more of opiate effect. Yawning, 2 bowel movements and nervousness are the withdrawal symptoms. Associated with this you may also get Sweating, Nausea, Vomiting, Irritability, anxiety and insomnia etc.,
If you can tolerate the withdrawal symptoms it is OK. If you are not able to endure the withdrawal symptoms with a strong power reduce it to 8 mg for a few days, then trim it down to 4 mg for a few days then quit it. You will be totally alright.
All my best wishes and wishing you to come out of it as early as possible
With warm regards
