I would advise you to consult an orthodontist .Reason being considering your age and skeletal and dental allignmnet he would best be able to guide you for the correct line of treatment
secondly you can also visit a prosthodontist and undergo a cosmetic dental treatment for smile correction.
After going through your query it seems that orthodontic treatment (braces) that you underwent didn't quite brought up the result you desired.
You mentioned that your teeth are excessively pulled in.....i would like to know that is it the first time you noticed it or they have been always like this.
Consulting your age and requirement i would suggest that you can consult an orthodontist for proper line of treatment and you can also consult a prosthodontist for second opnion and correction of your smile or smile enhancement.
I would suggest you to consult to an Orthodontist and get the checkup done, based upon the oral examination, radiographic views and impressions a appropriate treatment plan can be decided. Removable plates can be planned for you to prevent the relapse of the treatment.
Take care!

Had Braces, Teeth Feels Excessively Pulled In. What Can Help?
Hello, Thanks for writing to us. From the details mentioned, its clear that your upper front teeth are excessively pulled in. I would advice you to get an appliance inserted which can enhance relapse of upper anterior teeth into forward. Initially, you can consult the previous orthodontist and then you can go for second opinion. Hope this helps.
