Had Caesarian Section. Getting Lower Back Pain With Spotting. Serious?

Hello doctor.. Its been 17 months since i was into caesarian section and i am suffering a lower back pain 6 days now. It started when i had a brown menstrual blood(4 days) which is one of my concern too, supposedly my period. Also those were the days i started to do my laundry in our bathroom sitting in an uncomfortable position, carrying heavy weights also during my laundry at our rooftop..

hi,
Thank you for the question. As you noticed ,your uncomfortable position may be cause for the back pain.Try using some mild analgesics like paracetomol.Coming to your periods, if they are regular with normal duration and quantity of flow I suppose you need not worry. But if you notice any spotting or so do one urine pregnancy test which will help you know if you are pregnant.Avoid uncomfortable positions while working.
