Had Chalazion In Both Left And Right Eye Upper Lid. Do I Need Surgery?
Hi Everyone, I had chalazion in both left and right eye upper lid.It started about 6 months ago, they were two small bumps..I thought they will go away themselves like sty.But it grown bigger, after 6 months they become small in size now ,but they have not fully disappeared.There are still red on those spots in eyelid . do i need surgery still ? this question is bugging me now.

as such for chalazion there is no need as such unless you want to get rid of those swelling,if left untouched not going to harm,decision is yours
