Hi yesterday I was leaning over playing on floor with my little one when I got up and had a gush of straw cold watery discharge from my nose that felt just like a nose bleed . I had a horrible taste in mouth and lasted for almost 2 hours dripping and had to hold tissue to nose which later stopped. Today I have headache that feels like sinus pressure and feel sick. What can it be
Your symptoms are suggestive of common cold which has progressed to sinusitis.
Symptoms of a common cold usually appear about one to three days after exposure to a cold-causing virus.
Signs and symptoms of a common cold may include:
Runny or stuffy nose, Itchy or sore throat, Cough, Congestion, Slight body aches or a mild headache
Sneezing, Watery eyes, Low-grade fever, Mild fatigue
If things get complicated it may lead to inflammation in sinuses causing sinusitis.
I hope this will help
best wishes
