6 weeks ago coughed and dry heaved for a few hours after a night of heavy drinking and smoking . After this bout of hacking i felt a slight tingle/numbness a voicebox area after a smoke . the next day i felt a small lump on bottom left side of throat area and has been there for the entie six weeks.i went to walk in and had check up ultrasound and xray and chest ultrasound all clear,but still have feeling of something at voicebox area smoking irritats it,but no pain no outer lumps thyroid feels normal no swelling whats going on im scared.
