Had Davinci Assisted Hysterectomy. Getting Pelvic Pain, Back Pain And Constipation, Bloody Mucus In Stool. Should I Be Concerned?

I had a davinici assisted vaginal hysterectomy two weeks ago. Since then I have had trouble with pelvic pain - more in the lower back area and constipation. I have noticed bloody mucus in the toilet at times when I am trying to have a bowel movement . Is this typical for recovery from a hysterectomy or should I be concerned. My post-op is scheduled for this Tuesday.
