Had Diarrhoea. Was Able To Drink Gatorade, Sprite, Water. Having Fat Lip, Joint Pains, Hives. What Could It Be?
my son recently had the gastro flu. he had diarrhea for 5 days and then was fine. during this time he didn't eat or drink much. was able to get him to drink gatorade, sprite and water. 2 days later he is now having an allergic reaction to something. fat lip and joint paint in hands and feet. some welts on the top of the foot and some hives. any ideas?

This could be allergic condition and such allergies some time induces the diarrhea and malaise, here you just wait for a couple of days it has to come around and if does not come soon then it required clinical examination, put the patient on light diet keep watch on hydration, have nice day.
