N how to over come this sitution n what shuld I do so that this thing does not happen again??
This is perfectly normal. First speaking about why the doctor pressed your lower abdomen, this was to better visualize your uterus and/or other parts.
During a trans-vaginal ultrasound, due to the pressure applied by the probe on the vaginal wall, the muscles are slightly stretched, which can result in very small amount of bleeding, either during the procedure or later. This is normal, and should not be of any concern at all. You are fine.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
