OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Are you having periods regularly? If no then the symptoms of bloating could be due to hormonal disturbance of menopause. Fibroid of 3 cm size at 50 years of age should not cause such symptoms. So it is the menopause which you are going through which is leading to symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
