Had Flu, Bronchitis And Pneumonia, X-ray Showed Clear Lungs, Monocytes In Border Line. Is It An Infection?

I have results of my blood tests. Had flu and pnuemonia about one month ago. Bronchitis last week. Still coughing yup phlem. My xray today showed my lungs are clear. The only result that is borderline are my Monocytes which are now 4.8%. From what I have read this can indicate low grade infection and low iron levels. Can you please comment. Thanks Adriane

hi Adriane,
i think that you worry about your monocytes which one is 4.8% and you have read some where that it can indicate low grade infection and low iron level, yes.
then i tell that first for low iron level you have to investigate your hb level by cbc or simple hb test. and for low grade infection you recover just now so it may take some time to clear complet infection from your body. for that you have to eat healthy food.
