Physiotens is a trade name for a blood pressure medication called monoxidine; it is a strong blood pressure medication but it has side effects, including fatigue and sometimes muskuloskeletal symptoms like the ones you mention. It is a medication that you cannot discontinue abruptly though. Your blood pressure numbers actually look essentially at goal; you should speak to your cardiologist to see if he can swithc to another agent that you can tolerate better and still maintain those excellent blood pressure numbers.
