Had Injectable Contraception. Having Continuous Periods, Prescribed Primolut N. Suggestions?

I have been on an injectable contraception which is supposed to last three months. It expired on 2nd November,2012. But I had started menstruating on the 30th of October. I have been menstruating till date. Pls what should I do? The nurse prescribed primolut n for me which I have been taking for 5 days but the bleeding has not stopped.
