Had Lap Cholesectomy, Having A Lot Of Pain, Always Have Fever, Nauseous, Diarrhea . Is This Normal?

I had a lap cholesectomy 4 weeks ago, and I m still having a lot of pain. Since the procedure I have been hospitalized on 3 separate occasions. I have internal bleeding , and pus build up. I always have fever , and I m always nauseous and I always have diarrhea . Is this normal? I was told that my internal bleed has to stop on it s on, cause this is something that is not repaired by another surgery. Also I can t eat anything, or drink water, or anything else. Is this normal?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is NOT normal...
Infection happens in some situations and is responsible for the fever and pain...
Some may have stones in the Common Bile Duct, causing pain...
A revision surgery is not all usual – patience and perseverance will tide over the situation.
Keep in touch with your doctor...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
