Will Taking Cortisone Shot For Backpain Interfere With Gall Bladder Removal Surgery?

Hi... I am scheduled for a gallbladder removal surgery on Wed Feb 15. Last week I did a bad bend and twist . The result is lower back pain. I know I can t take any nsaids because it s too close to the surgery date. If I get a cortizone shot today - will it interfere with my surgery?
