Had Miscarriage. Trying To Have A Baby. How Do We Calculate Ovulation?
I have been trying to get pregnant since last November after having a miscarriage . am i doing anything wrong? My periods are bang on right on time my cycle is 28days. I need to know if I am missing the correct ovulation days. can you explain to me how to calculate when i ovulate. This month my period started on the 4th of march so when am i most fertile?
Hi,
In a 28-day cycle like yours, ovulation falls in the mid-cycle, i.e., on the 14th day. In a normal cycle of any length, ovulation occurs 14 days before the onset of the next period. As your period started on the 4th of this month, your ovulation dates are likely to fall around 18th. You can also use the ovulation kit to predict. Your fertile days are from day 10- day 16 of your cycle. Good luck.
