Had Mouth Ulcer. Starts Before Menstruation And Ends After Menstruation. Curable Or Cancer?

Doctor i suffering from a mouth ulcers since 8 years ,This happens before 1 week my menstrual period begins and ends after 2 weeks .Please advice it is cure able or it would for cancer .

mouth ulcer since 8 years clinically excluded diagnosis of malignancy as cancer is always have history of months not in a years. but in any doubt you can go for Simple Biopsy procedure by OTOLARYNGOLOGIST(ENT Surgeon) , its simple sample taken from ulcer area and seen under microscopy after proper H&E Staining.
