Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi, consult a physiotherapist
he will prescribe you with the exercises.
start neck isometrics, these help strengthen the neck muscles
you can use a cervical collar if the pain is too intense.
hot water fomentation to neck can help.
plus physiotherapy modalities are available for such conditions which can be given by physio after careful assessment.

welcome to healthcare magic ....
Your MRI shows features of age related changes in the discs and the cervical spinal bones.
You need to do neck exercises to strengthen your neck muscles so that the weight of your head does not fall on the cervical spine and rather your strong neck muscles can handle the weight.
You can do rotational movement and side to side movements of the neck .
Put your forehead against your hand or a wall and push your head strongly against it . smilarly back wards and side wards.
If you could not understand what i meant, then go to a physiotherapist and ask him to show you the neck exercises to strengthen your neck muscles.
