Had one episode of vomitting a week ago, followed by cramping/diarrhea for two days and diarrhea on and off for 4 days after while eating BRAT diet. I ate a small sub sandwich for dinner resulting in cramping /diarrhea and now nausea only and burping. I take Nexium daily for years. Could this be norovirus? Tried pepto but not helping nausea. I have to fly tomorrow so I’m concerned. I not sure what to do
