Turbinectomy & surgery for deviated septum usually improves the nasal block. But in few sensitive individuals the underlying sinus infection worsens after surgery due to the allergy. You seem to have active sinus infection & this infection is the reason for the noise in your ears (tinnitus). Take Tab. Cefexime 200mg two times a day for 7 days. Tab. Diethyl carbamazine 100mg three times a day for 21 days (Many patients respond better to this drug even if they dont have eosinophillia). Tab. Loratidine 10mg at bed time. Do not swollow the mucus as it will result in gastritis.
