Hi,
Pregnancy can be ruled out from the encounter you have mentioned. These symptoms you have can also be pre-menstrual. If you dont get your period within 2 weeks then consider pregnancy if you were sexually active in july.

General & Family Physician Dr. Chobufo Ditah's  Response
Hi and sorry to hear about what you happened to you both.

Menses after this sexual encounter means pregnancy is out of question.
The symptoms you are experiencing are typical of premenstrual symptoms. Stay cal, relaxed and be sure your menses will show up.

Please, to stay away from all this anxiety related to unplanned pregnancy and STDs, consider adopting a contraceptive method and using protection during intercourse.

Hope you find this helpful. If you have more questions, I am ready to provide answers, keep them coming.
Wish you well.
