Had Partially Unprotected Sex. Took Levonelle. Having Some Discomfort But No Bleeding. Treatment?
I took levonelle a day or two after my last period finished as I had partially unprotected sex. The week after I had severe abdominal cramps and bleeding. My period was due on the 6th may. I'm having some discomfort but no bleeding. Is this normal? Will I get my period or should I consider that I'm pregnant. Although can I be if I had those severe cramps and bleeding after the levonelle??
Honestly, if you have partially unprotected sex 2days after your periods, you are well off from the fertile period and there are no conditions that can make pregnancy feasible. Being pregnant is almost an impossibility. Also, taking levonelle, makes it further less likely.
Because of the hormonal pill you took, it make cause some distortion in the normal cycle. For now, i will suggest that you patiently waist for the next menses. You may also make up your mind to expect some delays or get them early for the cycle may not remain exact as before. if you should go for more than 1week after the expected date, then you may want to find out the cause is.
