How Effective Is Isotretinoin For Acne?
I am on an isotretinoin treatment for acne since October, i do not take everyday contraceptive pills and i had an accident, so i need to take Levonelle. Is it going to be effective? Due to treatment that i am having. And if not, is there anything else that i could do?

Isotretinoin is a very teratogenic drug. it takes at least 3 month to clear from body after stopping drug. sexually active females are advised to take double contraceptive to prevent contraception.
conception depends on unsafe period. even if you had an accident and levonella does not work, wait for next menstrual cycle. if urinary pregnancy test positive go for medical termination of pregnancy.
