Had Pink Eye, Ear Fullness, Ear Popping, Severe Throat Pain. Having Nausea, Loss Of Apetite. Blood In Stools. Lost Weight. What Could Be Wrong?

I had pink eye on Monday - using abx ointment.
I had ear fullness and popping on Tuesday - using abx ear drops
I had severe ear pain on Wednesday. Sometimes it stops for a short while, but always comes back.
I had severe throat pain on Wednesday. Swallowing saliva is painful. Deep breathing causes throat to hurt.
I have nausea and have no appetite. Ate 1/2 cup of oatmeal and vomited. Have lost 2 1/2 pds in 1 week.
I had bloody stool and fresh blood on toilet paper on Sunday.
What is wrong with me???

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query and after considering all aspects of your symptoms and co-relating them with possible pathological process it appears as you are suffering from Acute respiratory tract infection with dyspepsia. Your respiratory tract infection is involving nose and throat and reaching to ear by eustachian tube and giving you popping in ear.

Pink eyes are again indicating towards infection in eyes as well. Your blood loss in stool demands examination of anal area to rule out any local cause of bleeding or it s a part of systemic infection leading to THROMBOCYTOPENIA which some times happens in some infections.
