Had Problem With Anal, Being Itchy, Stool With White Thin Fuss. What Might It Be?

Hi my five year old has had a problem with her anal being itchy at times. I just think she s not wiping right but when she had a stool with white thin fuss that looks like cotton ball fuzz was on it I am becoming a bit concered. Can u please tell me what you might think of this.

Deworming to be done with albendazole.
Local application of antifungal antiinflammmatory cream will help in reducing the symptoms.
White thin fuss could be the mucus, which requires stool routine and culture examination. Relevant medicine may be taken orally according to the culture report
