Had Protected Sex. Cuts On Scrotum, Sore Throat, White Tongue. HIV Infection?

hello sir. thank you for the services i would really appreciate your response. i had sex 4 days ago (about 84 hour ago). it was protected but i had small cuts on my scrotum and underneath. i hadly knew the girl, but she was over me for about 2 minutes and her virginal secretion got in contact with my scrotum and underneath where i felt a few cuts due to scratching. on the 3rd day i developed a mild throat sores and now on the 4th day i have a whitish tougue with a think clout if pealed. could this be a possible hiv infection? and does hiv symptoms appear in just about the end of 3rd day and 4th. please help coz i feel really anxiuos about the situation

No this cannot be HIV infection, as HIV symptoms don't appear so quickly.HIV has long incubation period (time interval between infection and first symptom).surely this is an STD that is sexually transmitted disease but not HIV .Consult a physician or a dermatologist who may examine you to determine the type of sexually disease you have developed and may prescribe you appropriate treatment.

Your throat symptoms are suggestive of Upper respiratory tract infection.
Yes white coating on the tongue or throat could be due to Candida infection which ussually occurs as a result of lowered immune status (Diabetes, HIV infection, Steroid use etc.).
But there is absolutely no chance that you are displaying symptoms/consequences of HIV infection acquired with this exposure as it takes much longer. Hope you have not not had any exposure previously, atleast more than 2 weeks ago and as long as even 10 years back.
Consult an ENT specialist to resolve throat infection.

well first or all your mentioned symptom can not be because of HIV, HIV infection can not manifest just within 3 to 4 days ...your white coated tongue can be because of diabetes or if any steroids you taking or low immunity..for this you consult ENT surgeon
i will suggest you to take test for HIV becuase you had cut on scrotum and vaginal secretion came in contact with cuts.. however chances are minor but its better to be on safe side...
