Had Regular Cycle After C Section. Spotting, Cramps, Pain In Stomach, Lower Back After Unprotected Sex. Pregnancy Symptoms?

I had a c section with my baby in August.I came on my regular cycle in September 20th . After that i had sex and my baby Father came inside of me.I came on my cycle in October13th it wasnt normal.Then i came on November6th its still not normal it was not heavey it was red on the pad but real light pink when i wipe.I stay on 5 days and spot for two days.But with November cycle my fifth day i started. Spotting half of the day then completely off.And now after cycle left i have been cramping bad lower stomach pain and lower back pain and headache and been craving and smelling!

There are chances of pregnancy after unprotected sex.
Mild spotting may occurs even after pregnancy.
Go for urine pregnancy test after 8th day of spotting to confirm the pregnancy.
Also confirm by usg.Take nsaid with dicyclomin to subside pain,cramp.
Try to avoid the pregnancy by protected sex at least one and half year after c-section.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
