Had Sex. Having Morning Sickness, Dizzy, Headaches, Tiredness, Cramps. Am I Pregnant? Concerned?

Hello,
I'm a 17 year old girl,
I'm on the rod, and have been since the 12th march,
I had my period when I had the rod put in, and it stopped a few days later.
I have not had a period since.
Me and my boyfriend has had sex a couple of times since then...
And these last couple of weeks I've been having a lot of the pregnancy symptoms....
my breasts have become tender and bigger, I've been having morning sickness and feeling dizzy and having headaches a lot , I'm feeling tired a lot, and my sense of smell has increased, I've gone of some of my favorite food too! I took a pregnancy test the other day and it said positive then it went to negative....
And I didn't think anything of it... A few of my friends said there is a chance you can get pregnant on the rod.
And then today, I fell down the stairs, and half an hour later I went to the toilet to find out I was bleeding, I had a little bit of red blood at first, but now its gone a lot of brown/black blood, and I'm having terrible cramps, headache and a lower back pain, and a pain in my breast, Please help me...

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since you have an intrauterine device in place, there is no need to worry regarding pregnancy. The delay in periods is commonly seen during early contraceptive use. The symptoms are more likely to be due to IU device.
