Had Sinus Surgery. Now Nose Smells, Sneeze Is Thick Black Color With Mix Of Blood. Advice

i had my sinus surgery and now i can breath better than my past. However now my nose smell's so bad that i cannot sit next top my child or my wife they keep saying there is foul or kind of rotten smell and i can feel the same all the time and very week i have to sneeze out very hardly and can see thick and black color sneeze with mox of bllod. pls advice why such thing is forming in my nose ?? Pls help me
