Pls Dr I'm so desperate to have babies. What should I do now?
Hi, The prognosis depends on the severity of the adhesions, the age of the patient and obliteration of the tubes. The more severe the adhesions and the higher the age of the patient, the worse is the outcome. Hormonal therapy may be considered and IVF tried. If this fails surrogacy or adoption may be the only available options. Hope your query is answered. Good luck.
