Brief Answer:
Hormone therapy can help to some extent.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You have a didelphic hypoplastic uterus in which the right uterus is not attached to the cervix. The left uterus shows a thin attachment but there is no endometrial cavity in both the uteri. There is very little chance of having a period without a proper endometrial layer even if the ovaries and the hormonal levels are normal.
A trial of hormonal treatment - hormone replacement therapy can be given under the guidance of a gynecologist to see if it helps in bringing the periods.
I have seen all the reports attached. You can consult your gynecologist regarding starting the hormonal treatment.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
You can try ayurvedic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Regarding the treatment of aplastic uterus in ayurveda, it is not definite that you will benefit from the treatment. But it is best to give it a try since there is no pother option. Do consult a qualified ayurvedacharya only. The cyst in ovary is a simple cyst and is a small one. It need not be removed. It is best to monitor the progress of the cyst with ultrasound scans every six months. It is not harmful if the cyst is less than 5 cm in size.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Side effects can be detailed an ayurvedacharya.

Detailed Answer:
The side effects of ayurvedic medicines can be detailed only by an ayurvedacharya. I practice allopathic medicines only. I am not fit to comment on any ayurvedic medicines.
Without an endometrial layer it is not possible to conceive or sustain a pregnancy inside uterus. In such a case surrogacy is the only option. Only time can tell whether any egg can be retrieved from your ovary or not.
