hi doc, i just had an transvaginal ultrasound hours ago and the findings are: irregularly-enlarged, retroverted uterus; thin and intact endometrium; diffuse adenomyosis , myoma uteri as described. please doc, enlighten me about this, am so worried. thanks a lot in advance. God bless by the way, is this consultation free of charge? because if not, it s a pity because i don t have money for this, am a single parent.
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic. in my opinion you should undergo an hystrectomy for above findigs especially if symptoms are bothersome to you already, Fibroids and adenomyosis once symptomatic have to be removed because they cant be cured with medicines.
